Dr. S. Jayawardana is a senior physiotherapist and a physiotherapy educator in Sri Lanka. She holds the position of the Head of the Department of Allied Health Sciences, Faculty of Medicine, University of Colombo. She worked as a Senior Physiotherapist, Department of Physiotherapy, General Hospital Chillaw for 10 years and former treasurer of Sri Lankan Society of Physiotherapists. She is interested on Community Based Rehabilitation and had received many national and international awards for her scholarly work.
